She is survived by a daughter, JoAnn Crombie and her husband, Dean of Brentwood, TN; a son, George E. Roraback, Jr. and his wife Jacquelyn of Vernon, CT; her grandchildren, Mark Crombie and his wife, Christine, Dr. M. Katherine Crombie and her husband, Dr. Dante Lauretta, Scott and Tim Crombie, George Roraback, III, and Jennifer Blake and her husband, Thomas; her great-grandchildren, Taylor and Matthew Crombie, Xander and Griffin Lauretta, Lindsey and Carry Blake; several nieces and nephews. Besides her beloved husband and parents, Frances was predeceased by her sisters, Josephine Bowman, Margaret, Rose Marie and Angela DeRago, her brothers, Salvatore and Joseph DeRago, and a granddaughter, Erica Roraback.
Mrs. Roraback was a member and former officer of the St. Michael Woman's Guild and St. Isaac Jogues Church Women's Guild where she was also a Lector and sang in the choir for many years. She was also a volunteer at St. Francis Hospital receiving a citation for the many hours she worked and was a longtime volunteer for the Connecticut Democratic Party.
Funeral services were September 10 from the D'ESOPO-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter St., with Mass of Christian Burial at St. Isaac Jogues Church. Burial took place at St. Mary's Cemetery, Burnside Avenue.
